Albania ratified ILO Convention No. 190 on Violence and Harassment in the World of Work, which mandates a gender-responsive approach to prevent violence and harassment in workplaces. This international instrument requires Albania to address such issues through legislation on equality, non-discrimination, and workplace safety, as well as in criminal law where applicable.
